Pleasant Valley School operates the Ballygrennan Farm website and mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you provide when you create or use a member account, check in at Ballygrennan Farm, complete a visitor waiver, register or RSVP for an event, purchase or manage a membership, make a donation or other payment, contact us, or subscribe to farm communications.

This information may include your name, email address, telephone number, membership status, event selections, check-in information, waiver acknowledgments and signatures, and other information you choose to provide.

Payments are processed through Wix and its connected payment providers. Pleasant Valley School does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card number.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information, such as device type, operating system, app activity, browser information, IP address, and general usage data. Wix, Apple, Google, and related service providers may collect additional information under their own privacy policies.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use collected information to operate and improve the Ballygrennan Farm app and website; manage visitor and member check-ins; maintain waiver and safety records; administer memberships and member benefits; process event registrations, RSVPs, donations, and purchases; communicate schedule changes, farm announcements, and event information; respond to questions and requests; prevent misuse and protect visitors, members, staff, and the farm; and meet legal, accounting, safety, and recordkeeping requirements.

SHARING INFORMATION

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app and website, including Wix, payment processors, email providers, analytics services, Apple, and Google. We may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect safety or legal rights, or connected with an organizational restructuring or transfer.

We do not sell personal information.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The app is intended to be used by adults, parents, guardians, and authorized members. Children should not submit personal information directly through the app without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
